curious to go deeper with Process Work?

Dear Reader

Whenever we try to describe Process Work, one of the words that always comes up is DEEP. It's a paradigm that goes deep, it's deeply transformative etc etc. What do we really mean by that? Process Work gets to the heart of the matter - be it community, group, or individual matters, Process Work offers an approach to contact what is most meaningful and central to the matters at hand.

Modern narratives in many cultures however, are increasingly prizing and preferencing quick and easy - we're being socialised to think life should be easy, we can achieve mastery quickly, and deep transformation can be done in five simple steps - you've probably seen this pattern too.

Some aspects of Process Work can be learnt in short courses and we're committed to delivering such courses because we know they're not only powerful but they're an accessible way to get a taste of what Process Work can do, plus build a few new skills.

But they don't lead to Process Work mastery.

It takes time, money, dedication, and tears - there is no quick and easy way to Process Work mastery.

If you're still reading at this point (well done), you might be someone with a yearning to go deeper with Process Work, or a curiosity to learn more about what that actually looks like.

If so, here are a couple of paths to check out.

First up, our next information session for the Diplomate Training Program. The DTP is the highest level of Process Work training available globally and is recognised by the International Association of Process Oriented Psychology. We accept applications for two months a year (Feb and July) and run an information session a couple of months before each of these application windows (gives you a couple of months to get your application together). The upcoming session is on Saturday 16th November, 9-10am (AEDT) - you can read more about the program, download the course prospectus, and register for the info session HERE.

Second, our new cohorts for the Two Year Process Work Study Program are now open for applications. In 2025-2026 we're running a new cohort in Melbourne and for the first time, a cohort in Byron Bay! Process Work is best learnt in community and we know so many of you are craving spaces to learn with like-minded souls so here it is! The cohorts kick off in Feb next year so we encourage you to submit your expression of interest ASAP so you can chat with the trainers to work out if it's the right fit etc.

The program is taught by an incredible team of Process Work Diplomates, all with extensive experience using Process Work across multiple fields including therapy, group facilitation, and coaching. Grzegorz Zielinski (program lead) and Bec Lang (trainer) chat here about the program:

Or maybe it's not you. Maybe someone comes to mind that you think would love this work? Forward this email to them and be that friend/colleague who introduced them to Process Work and changed their life for the better (we almost all have someone like this - they become a part of our mythical PW story).

warmly

ANZPOP

P.S We actually recommend all new DTP students do the Two Year program (if they haven't already) so if you're thinking about the DTP but not sure yet, the Two Year program is the perfect stepping stone.

Dear Reader, This month's newsletter focuses on 'the calling': how we support ourselves to listen to, focus on, and unfold the signals arising within and around us. But let’s start with a word on why this can be hard. Most of us have stayed with a familiar path at some point, even while quieter signals were suggesting another. In many ways it's deeply human. The known track feels safe, and our communities and larger systems often settle into well-worn tracks too. Sometimes those tracks...

Dear Reader, Spring is nature's own celebration of diversity, a riot of new colours, shapes and forms all emerging together, each different, each essential to the whole. And so too with our upcoming programs that we are delivering in spring and summer! This newsletter is focused on skills to support diversity because diversity lies at the heart of Process Work. It begins with the concept of Deep Democracy, the listening and valuing of all parts, knowing that different energies all have their...

Dear Reader, This month’s newsletter is inspired by poetry. The poet’stask is simple. He looks for quiet, and speaks to whathe finds there.David Whyte, Excerpt from The Poet So we invite you to become a poet for a moment. What do you hear in the quiet? In your body? In the world? In your relationships? In your dreams? What do you find there? Make a few notes. We begin by slowing down, seeking quiet so we can hear more clearly. We can consider other types of listening too – listening to tiny...
