Hi Reader, “Leaving with a bucket full of personal power.” It's a bit tricky to explain to people that this isn’t just another professional training - but feedback like that does capture part of it! You’ll explore how to:
And if you’re wondering whether you really need to learn about altered states when you’re not a therapist… think again. “Deeply enriching on both a personal and professional level. It invites exploration rather than prescription… For anyone curious about their experiences, open to discovery and willing to meet themselves in sometimes mysterious ways, this course offers a transformative journey.” Most trainings will give you techniques and tools for work. Or life. But rarely such a rigorous combination of the two. This program has been built from international Process Work schools and refined over years of local practice. Adapted for the Australian context, it’s deep, rich, and highly experiential. You’ll learn techniques, yes, but you’ll also learn about yourself. Each of the eighteen modules brings two days of new content, live fishbowl demonstrations, and guided practice in a safe, reflective environment. You’ll get hands-on experience using step-by-step exercises that you can take directly into your work and life. The Melbourne cohort is designed for those who value frequency of connection with their learning - with monthly sessions, no assignments, and an atmosphere that keeps the practice alive and present. “It was such an amazing program — I highly recommend it.” If 2026 is the year you’re ready to engage more deeply with life’s unfolding processes, to meet yourself in new ways, to take your skills and awareness to the next level, and to leave with your own bucket full of personal power then this is your invitation. Join the Melbourne Two-Year Process Work Program. The venues are now locked in for the 2026 Two-Year Process Work Study Program: Melbourne Cohort – Kathleen Syme Library and Community Centre (251 Faraday Street, Carlton VIC 3053) Applications are open now for interviews and we start in February! The Byron Cohort will begin later in July 2026, but is also open now for registrations. The Byron venue will be Marvell Hall (37 Marvel St, Byron Bay NSW). Interviews are held in Melbourne, Byron Bay and online. Just a heads up that in December, Melbourne cohort interviews will only be available online because we'll be traveling. If you'd like to apply or have any questions, reply to this email or visit the course website: click here. If you haven't signed up for our newsletter yet and would like to stay updated on our events, you can sign up on our website – we'll be sharing our full 2026 program of workshops, conferences, and other events very soon. warmly ANZPOP Team |
Thought-provoking ideas, and transformative tools and training for working with individuals, groups, organisations, and communities.
Dear Reader, This month's newsletter focuses on 'the calling': how we support ourselves to listen to, focus on, and unfold the signals arising within and around us. But let’s start with a word on why this can be hard. Most of us have stayed with a familiar path at some point, even while quieter signals were suggesting another. In many ways it's deeply human. The known track feels safe, and our communities and larger systems often settle into well-worn tracks too. Sometimes those tracks...
Dear Reader, Spring is nature's own celebration of diversity, a riot of new colours, shapes and forms all emerging together, each different, each essential to the whole. And so too with our upcoming programs that we are delivering in spring and summer! This newsletter is focused on skills to support diversity because diversity lies at the heart of Process Work. It begins with the concept of Deep Democracy, the listening and valuing of all parts, knowing that different energies all have their...
Dear Reader, This month’s newsletter is inspired by poetry. The poet’stask is simple. He looks for quiet, and speaks to whathe finds there.David Whyte, Excerpt from The Poet So we invite you to become a poet for a moment. What do you hear in the quiet? In your body? In the world? In your relationships? In your dreams? What do you find there? Make a few notes. We begin by slowing down, seeking quiet so we can hear more clearly. We can consider other types of listening too – listening to tiny...
