Mapping Different Worlds: Final Process Work Play Night

Dear Reader,

Are you someone who makes New Year ‘s resolutions – commitments to ourselves about changes we want to make in our lives, bad habits we want to leave behind or new goals we want to reach? These commitments aren’t for everyone and often they get left behind as business as usual takes hold.

But what if you were able to shift and transform aspects of your identity? What if you could experience change as a borderland journey where you learn to navigate between the old and the new? What aspect of yourself or situation you’re in right now might you like to change?

Our final monthly Process Work Play night for 2025 is coming up in Melbourne, with Faculty Trainers Bec Lang and Grzegorz Zielinski offering Living Life Fully: At the Edge of Worlds an exploration of our edges and the possibilities for transformation.

In this experiential workshop, we’ll play with catching our impulses, those moments of energy that are keys to our deeper dreaming process. We’ll follow the path these light up as we map different worlds and explore the borderlands of our edges to see what transformation is wanting to emerge in us.

So please join Bec and Grzegorz on Friday 10 October, 6pm-8.15pm in the North Melbourne Library (Hotham Room) 66 Errol Street, North Melbourne.

And finally, two great learning opportunities for 2026

🔅Two-Year Process Work Study Program

The Two-Year Programs are an opportunity to learn deeply with a group of fellow travellers over a luxurious two years. Offered in both Melbourne and Byron Bay, our Two-Year Process Work Study Program brings a community of learners to journey together, exploring the foundational theories, skills, and applications of the Process Work model, in a highly experiential and connected way. All of the topics, whilst in title form might look like a specialisation, are relevant to all areas of our lives. Process Work is a life and work practice and the course is an opportunity to learn and anchor the awareness skills of Process Work into your life, relationships, and work - whether you know a little, a lot, or absolutely nothing about Process Work!

Dear Reader, This month's newsletter focuses on 'the calling': how we support ourselves to listen to, focus on, and unfold the signals arising within and around us. But let’s start with a word on why this can be hard. Most of us have stayed with a familiar path at some point, even while quieter signals were suggesting another. In many ways it's deeply human. The known track feels safe, and our communities and larger systems often settle into well-worn tracks too. Sometimes those tracks...

Dear Reader, Spring is nature's own celebration of diversity, a riot of new colours, shapes and forms all emerging together, each different, each essential to the whole. And so too with our upcoming programs that we are delivering in spring and summer! This newsletter is focused on skills to support diversity because diversity lies at the heart of Process Work. It begins with the concept of Deep Democracy, the listening and valuing of all parts, knowing that different energies all have their...

Dear Reader, This month’s newsletter is inspired by poetry. The poet’stask is simple. He looks for quiet, and speaks to whathe finds there.David Whyte, Excerpt from The Poet So we invite you to become a poet for a moment. What do you hear in the quiet? In your body? In the world? In your relationships? In your dreams? What do you find there? Make a few notes. We begin by slowing down, seeking quiet so we can hear more clearly. We can consider other types of listening too – listening to tiny...
