Dear Reader It is with hearts full of gratitude and sadness that we share with you the news that Arnold Mindell, the main developer of the Process Work paradigm, passed away last week. His beloved partner, Amy Mindell, shared the announcement of his passing in a touching note, sharing how “Arny’s greatest drive in life was to be of help to everyone, and to make the world a better place for all. I witnessed how he spent every single day following that calling. It was his deepest passion and drive, and reason for being. Developing process work came to birth from that feeling and to find a way to work with all the different facets of our human experience.” That you are part of this newsletter list means your life has been in some way, big or small, touched by Arny’s work and his drive to help make the world a better place, and so we extend our condolences to you for any sense of loss this news brings you. Amy also shared with us his beliefs about life after death, that “when anyone dies, they are not just dead. We are not just bodies, we are a spirit and dreaming behind them, so he and all of us are always there”. Amy will soon announce an online Celebration of Life for Arny and we will share these details as soon as we have them in case you would like to attend. In the meantime, we wanted to share with you these three touching videos that celebrate the person Arny was: Where the River Meets the Sea (a song for Arny by Amy) (4 mins) A Short Film for Arny Mindell's 80th Birthday Celebration (19 mins) Arnold Mindell: Author, Teacher, Psychologist, Dreamer: A Portrait (Full Film) (three hours) warmly ANZPOP |

Dear Reader, This month's newsletter focuses on 'the calling': how we support ourselves to listen to, focus on, and unfold the signals arising within and around us. But let’s start with a word on why this can be hard. Most of us have stayed with a familiar path at some point, even while quieter signals were suggesting another. In many ways it's deeply human. The known track feels safe, and our communities and larger systems often settle into well-worn tracks too. Sometimes those tracks...
Dear Reader, Spring is nature's own celebration of diversity, a riot of new colours, shapes and forms all emerging together, each different, each essential to the whole. And so too with our upcoming programs that we are delivering in spring and summer! This newsletter is focused on skills to support diversity because diversity lies at the heart of Process Work. It begins with the concept of Deep Democracy, the listening and valuing of all parts, knowing that different energies all have their...
Dear Reader, This month’s newsletter is inspired by poetry. The poet’stask is simple. He looks for quiet, and speaks to whathe finds there.David Whyte, Excerpt from The Poet So we invite you to become a poet for a moment. What do you hear in the quiet? In your body? In the world? In your relationships? In your dreams? What do you find there? Make a few notes. We begin by slowing down, seeking quiet so we can hear more clearly. We can consider other types of listening too – listening to tiny...
